Individual orders of up to 49 items each can be placed directly with the e-shop.  If this amount is exceeded, an offer notice automatically appears in the price details area.
As soon as this happens, orders below and above 49 items will automatically be handled separately.
Orders are directed through a defined e-shop order channel and processed centrally.
Offer enquiries are directed through a mail routing system to the relevant country manager for the country in question.

In any event, the customer always receives a confirmation e-mail containing details of the exact product and contact information.
Irrespective of whether an offer is placed or an offer requested, the relevant country manager is responsible for all product support.
