Your password
Your e-mail address and password are your personal codes to your details with shop.maxonmotor. Choose a password that you can memorise easily and make sure that no unauthorised third party has access to it and therefore to your personal account at shop.maxonmotor. If you would like a new password at a later date, you can also change it in the "My account" area.

Please note that your password must be at least 6 characters long.

Forgetting your password
If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "Forgetting your password" link which brings you to a form for your e-mail address.
Complete the field in full and send us the message.
We can retrieve your details and send you a replacement password using the e-mail address that identifies every customer individually. As only you or people authorised by you have access to your mailbox, your replacement password is secure against unauthorised access.
The unique replacement password generated by the database for security reasons allows you to log into your personal account at shop.maxonmotor. Please change the replacement password immediately by entering another password of your choice once you are inside your personal account (see Changing account details).
