Benefits and extras
Protected by your individual e-mail address and password of your own choice, you can benefit from many extras as a maxon motor customer with your own account:

• All orders with shop.maxonmotor can be processed through your personal account with ease. By simply and securely entering your e-mail address and password, the account takes you back to your registered details that you manage yourself. Your orders will then be automatically completed with the relevant information, but you must recheck your details and information in the order before sending them. This is not only quicker but also more convenient!
• Your personal account is free and carries no obligations.

Setting up the account
All maxon customers can set up their own personal account at no cost and with no obligation during the order process. After you have placed the required items in your shopping cart, you move onto the second stage of the order process by clicking on "next". You can register your personal login details on the "Registration" page.

Even if you don't place an order, you can still set up a personal account with shop.maxonmotor by following the "My account" link on the bottom left-hand side of the page, where you'll find a form to complete. After entering your details and clicking on "next", you are then registered and transferred to your personal account area.

Logging in and out
You must be registered in order to access your personal shop.maxonmotor account area and use all the benefits. To do this, enter your e-mail address and password on the bottom left-hand side of the "Login" page. The overview page of your personal account will then be displayed. After you have left shop.maxonmotor, access to your personal account with shop.maxonmotor will be automatically ended. If you would like to leave the protected area of your personal account and share your computer with other people, we recommend that you log off using the "Log off" link which can be found at the top right-hand corner (under your customer number) of the account overview page.
